Reduced 1920s mead ranger racer

Mead ranger racer I purchased from the original owners family two years ago (or something like that) I added the wheelset, but everything else is original. Front tire holds shape well but rear has a flat spot. Tires aren’t super dry either. I have not serviced the bearings but everything seems fine.

I’m away from my main notes at the moment, but B103794/D6 is a Westfield frame produced in June 1937, and built up very soon after ( June-July 1937).
