Thanks! It looks like that is a New Departure Model D and not a C? I'm curious what is on the center of the crank.

It's from before they started the serial numbers with letters. It looks like 392694. I have #365849. Like your's, it has the bottom of the truss rods brazed to the fork.

'34 with no letter in the serial number? Now I'm curious. Will take crank out and check.
