Finally riding a big boys bike
I finally finished a Lovell-Diamond that I got from Nate @Krakatoa a while ago. I put his one together for my wife since she always preferred to take a '20's motorbike out and it was also the one I always wanted to ride. I thought it had the original paint on it and that the red had all flaked off but it turns out it was house painted. I removed the house paint to find the red head with silver pins and the original downtube logo. I built up and patina'd some blunts and I had Bob @bobcycles recover the original saddle pan with a patina look. The stand came from @catfish and I got the tires from @Rusty Patino. I had the other parts. She is happy with it and took it out for a spin this afternoon. It rides really nicely! Here is a before photo from Nate and the result:
