Wow, if this isn't coincidental! Today, I received a Columbia motobike that I bought 2 months ago. It is exactly the same color as @Velocipedist Co.
bike. I think after cleaning it up, it will be about the same patina! Nice work on the fork!

I sold mine and this is the only pic I have of the serial. It should have a letter in front of the numbers.

I double checked, mine has a jam nut. I know I have one without.

Looks like my serial number is maybe C25619?
I'll have to trace it to get a better idea. I hate to remove paint. My pedal rubber is shot, so I will need some.
