1930s-40s Men's Raleigh Sports Frame Set (Black, 23 inch frame)

Looking to acquire a 1930s-40s era black, 23-inch Raleigh Sports men's frameset. After taking apart my 1939 Raleigh Sports Facebook find, I found the frame is longitudinally twisted to one side. Both chainstays are off to one side, top tube is bowed to one side, and head tube is twisted relative to the seat tube. It's all subtle damage, but measuring showed that it's there. The bike probably had a front end strike at one time and someone tried fixing it up to get by for awhile. But the bottom line is I'm looking for a 1930s-40s era men's 23 inch, black Sports frameset that I can use the 1939's parts on. I have a bike Mike that I thought I should run by you anyway but It's probably from the 40's 50s. Anyhow I'll measure the seat tube and start there. It can't hurt to send you a picture or two.
