I live for the CABE
The frame builder is unknown but it must have been a higher end machine in its day; most of the components are BSA. The lugwork was nicely done.
The paint appears to be original but there are many chips and scratches, one minor dent on the top tube (pictured). I wouldn’t ride in the Conloy rims, the very early alloy Rims have stress cracks at the spoke holes on both wheels.
