Riding a '37 Dayton Super Streamline
The serial is 516198 which according to some charts would be 1931 but the Morrow hub, which I believe to be original, is dated C4 (1934). A pretty solid bike that appears complete and correct except the drop stand is missing and it has a Jiffy stand on it. The bike was repainted at some time way in the past--not original paint. I notice one chain adjuster is bent and it appears the crank is bent as well but I think it could be fixed pretty easy. The bike has flat steel clincher wheels. I have not had this bike apart so have no idea of condition of bearings or any other internal parts. I have not ridden this bike. This is an 85 year old bike and may need bearings, adjustments, servicing, etc... before being put into service. Please ask any questions prior to commiting to purchase.
