This was on my Excelsior when I bought it, I took it off a few days ago and listed it in the For Sale section but recieved no offers so I withdrew it. I learned from the great Cabers that it is a 1935 Elgin Bluebird pencil kickstand in great cond. it comes with the anchor bracket and screws. Shipping will be $20, prompt, priority, ins. and tracking. I was told it may be correct for a few other Elgin bikes.. I listed it about a year ago and it came close, let's see where it ends up this time. Postal MO only, Thanks
