1936 Schwinn Cycleplane B107 ... i think ... locking fork

Thought i would try to sell this complete first. My guess is 1936 based on the center locking fork, serial number appears to be Q1192. It is pretty much untouched, has red paint that is flaking away, and looks like it has the original blue with white / red detail underneath. It all looks original other than the seat, stem, and grips but i'm no expert. Looks like the fenders have been cut, no rear reflector, front fender light, tank, or head badge. Front fender has the hole for the conduit.
$1,300 cash or Paypal FF, located in Detroit, MI suburban area, can meet within reasonable distance. No shipping at this time.

Note: I am no expert, basing year and model on observation, feel free to correct me or offer suggestions.
