Here's the spec sheet for Colson in 1937. This bike appears to closely match model number 05187. The bike has the curved truss rods and ND front hub. Those two items only seen on one other girls bike. This bike has the standard badge not the streamlined truss one in the specs, but the specs for Goodyear bike's may have been slightly different.
The Colson book doesn't have page 15 showing this bike. I would love to see it of anyone has a copy.
Rear tire is a prewar low pressure balloon. Max inflated pressure is 22 lbs.
It's marked Mansfield Giant Lynx. And has a cool sidewall checked pattern.
Unobtanium.*sigh.I put my colson in the attic. The way people put old clothes or newspapers. For someone to find one day and reminisce. And stuck a motorbike up there to keep it company.
