1937 EA Labs or Delta fender light

Looking for one of these fender lights for a 1937 CWC Fleetwood bicycle. Needs to have the stud that mounts into the fender. Looks like a 6 rib EA or Delta front loader? Looking for rider quality, doesn't have to work.
