1937 motorbike frame?

just got frame from ebay for a 1937 BFG motorbike build. will be a tank model. frame has an area that has me questioning it. the frame neck and upper and lower tubes don't look right. like upper tube up too far or lower up too far. what frame is this?? is this correct for my application??

That's a tall frame but it's not a c model, it'd be the standard motorbike/autocycle

Will need a tall fork, rear fender and rack to build it up.

how easy to find tall fork and rear fender?? i am 6' 4"

I believe a 41 girls fork will work. Rear fender is not as easy but they do pop up from time time.
