Hukah

Finally riding a big boys bike
Good morning group.
I’m wondering if anyone would be kind enough to share a little wisdom and advice with a newbie fixer/restorer?
I’m looking at a 24 inch 1937 rollfast (supposedly “deluxe” but no tank).
It is only the frame and trussed forks.
What would be a fair price to pay for the frame and forks?
I like the profile of this bike and I have a beautiful set of wheels and fenders to slap on it so it seems like it’s a perfect fit for me.
TIA

Photos would help with a value.
Thanks that makes sense.

Nice original paint. And a rare size frame. Maybe $200. or less. You can always start low and go up.
