This bike is totally proper : Skip tooth , dog leg , sweet heart sprocket , motor bike frame / brazed , drop center wheels , new departure front spindle , Morrow rear hub /spindle , seat , handlebars , grips / coke ,chain guard , kick stand . It's serial number , very legible is 594 K . Can anyone confirm this serial number via other bikes of this vintage that they may have ?

Post lots of pictures, and the folks around here can get close. Exact year may not exist for prewar Schwinns but you can get an idea. 594K is not any sort of a normal serial number for any Schwinn of that era, or possibly any era. Be sure to get a picture under the bottom bracket (crank).

Welcome to the CABE!

It looks like a November 1936-K Colson blue rainbow frame in your other thread, and previous post.

It appears to be a less-common tall frame.
I agree; nothing improper about Colsons.
If Colson started with the number #1 then the bike might have been the 594th one produced that month (or at least made it to the SN stamping point of manufacture); but if Colson started with an arbitrary number like #500, then it might be the 95th bike of that month.
“K” is the eleventh letter; and November is the 11th month. Colson resumed stamping a number (e.g., 7), for the year, in 1937, as had been done previously in 1935 and prior.
