Somewhat blue TruSport badged 1938 Colson.
A prior owner started sanding on the metal parts at one time in the past.

Horn works, light works but currently has a LED bulb installed.

Major hole in rear fender covered by a reflector, besides the paint condition, those two are the only significant issues.

New Departure rear hub.
