1939 CWC bent tank

1939 Cleveland Welding built Hawthorne. Good project bike. Tank has had some repairs, rack has typical cracks , no damage seen to frame. Wide Torrington crescent bars, straight pedals. Rare upside down badge $350 as is , shipping not included. Shipping generally runs $90 -120 , depending on how far away you are from Pittsburgh. Can't give exact quote until boxed. I'd like to add, the tank is a hard to find 3 piece tank, with removable side panel for battery tray access.
