Here is a very straight and solid. I would have to say sound 1939 “B“ serial number super deluxe Autocycle frame with the ground screw still on board…. there’s a small brazing repair in the usual spot where the crank comes around and makes a divot. I might spend some time to smooth that out a bit. It looks like no one finished it off completely very minor issue to me a non-issue. But needs to be stated.
