1939 Schwinn Motorbike’50s refurbish

Ok I’ll try it like this before I blow it apart. Here is a pretty cool old cruiser that looks to have been refurbished in the 1950s. Later model parts include S2s with prewar hubs, McCauley deco guard, scout bars (original razor stem), seat, fenders, and crank?
