1939? Western Flyer (CWC) with Snap Tank!

Wait...what?? I've seen a WF catalog page with a tandem, but never a snap-tank. I doubt that crankset is original. Not a Colson guard or carrier either. I bet this was put together, but anything is possible. Hmmm....

I believe only on CWC built WF bikes, at least that's what I've seen.

Yeah..tank doesn't seem to fit well, no pinch on fork crown, not Colson trussrods or plate, seatpost clamp looks CWC. Let's see the rear forkends & serial number/date code...
