Looks like a Deb bike, I saw where you posted for one a little while back and being blue you better jump on that.

The debate is, is it blue or the green that looks blue in certain light conditions... This has been an issue before... These close colors have been discussed before. One picture here has it looking like the bluish green 39 I own. Hmmmm.....

I would wager that is blue.

The left side photo looks to be under florescent lighting.
