Wore out three sets of tires already!
I picked this up last weekend. I thought it was a 41 based on the paint, since it doesn’t quite match the ‘40 catalog, and it has the later style crank, but it’s an F serial number, so I guess probably a 1940 CWC built Hawthorne. I think the paint will clean up well, and for a bonus it came with a decent set of Typhoon cord tires, which I can put on the ‘50 Black Phantom.
