1940 ?s Western Flyer Step through with Pharis tires, black out hubs

I assume this to be a 40s bicycle with the skiptooth chain and blackout New Departure hubs. Serial number is F81338 which is very legible. It is in fair to good condition for its age. You can see lots of rust but still lots of paint too. It is a 26" with Pharis tires that were made in Ohio. From my research the company went out of business about 1948, hope my birth that yr didn't do em in . This bike is located in Seneca Falls, NY between Rochester and Syracuse 1.5 miles from I-90. Gene if it has the cw on the bottom, its 48. if its not there! its a late 45 to a 46 hope this helps Richard...good luck with the sale!!
