Original paint. A survivor , 1940 schwinn excelsior. Hard to find beige and brown paint scheme. The fork was dipped in oxalic acid. I was going to do the frame however I did achieve the result I anticipated. It cleaned up fairly well. But not the miraculous transformation I had wished for. Either way, it's a sweet original. No dents to frame and fork. Wheels cleaned up in an evsporust bath. The rear looks a bit cleaner than the front. Non locking truss fork. I don't have the original pedals for it and it does need tires. Cross brace bars are in good shape, although the brace bar has a little wiggle. Local pickup welcomed or can ship at buyers expense. Asking 1250 Obo. Thanks
