Would you add decals or not?

I have no idea if this originally had any decals or not. The horn is what’s really throwing it off. The decal really should start forward of the horn to appear to its best advantage on the cream paint. However, for it to make sense, the round part of the decal will almost have to go where the horn button is, which will then nix a big part of the decal, unless I trim it and stick it on the button, and I’m afraid it might look strange.

I haven’t seen any other Westfield ladies bikes with this paint pattern.
With that type of tank decal, it would require a left and right.

Absolutely beautiful bike and what a great job you’ve done cleaning it up.

I had several of these years ago, I gave one to my future wife 22 years ago when we were just friends.

It was rough and I painted it her favorite color and added some parts I had laying around.

It’s a Frankenstein bike but it is something she liked to take out and ride.

I believe it is a 1939. I added a nos rack from a 1941? And a chain guard off another 1941

It was missing the badge so I made a custom badge with her initials.

The wheels are from a 50’s Monark.

I had a beautiful all original blue and white one of these, I forget the badge name, I wish I never sold it.

Thank you for sharing this with us!👍

I finished this bike up as well, and gifted it to a friend of mine in Northern Ohio. She’d requested a “grandma bike with a big comfy seat.” I stupidly didn’t take a photo when I was there. The seat is modern and not especially attractive but the 5/8” seat clamp was in Ohio, so it hadn’t made it onto the bike yet.
