Here's my 30 something CCM Columbia. frame is a repaint but fenders are new old stock
I had the fenders before I got the bike .
Not a great repaint but not bad .
The Westwood's are red striped .
I have put 700x50s on some of my CCM bikes but takes a little persuading on the front forks you have to have very true rims and forget about running fenders
Don’t strip it. Grease it, put pedals, grips and a
seat on it. Then pull the the rack off and have fun riding it. I would check the tires as well. These bikes ride great. Here is mine complete with cracking house paint. I love riding it and the patina tells a story that.new paint can’t tellView attachment 1109492
