That is not a Model 11. Likely either a Model 41SF or 51SF with a lot of incorrect parts--seat, stem, bars, fenders, rack, pedals, rims, and chain ring. V/r Shawn

Tbe pedals, back rack, bars, chain ring are obvious not correct.
I do not know abiut the fenders and seat.
But you know much, much more than me.

The coaster brake is marked New Departure.
The bars and springer looks to be rechromed.

About the modeland year probably @37fleetwood can tell is more.

1941 and I offered possibilities on the model based on what is still there. I would be absolutely shocked if @37fleetwood replied to this or any other thread. V/r Shawn
