Here's an interesting bike up for DOND. 1941 LaSalle BA97. Amazing original paint, Chicyco Super Service tires. Painted and striped rims. Large flange front hub. Amazing Mesinger B Deluxe saddle. Deluxe rear reflector.
As mentioned, the paint is amazing. I thought it was a repaint at first, but the more I look at it the more I realized it is original. The tires are rare as heck, but obviously have condition issues. Killer painted rims, how many of these do you see? The bike came with completely wrong handlebars, so I added the Wald bars that you see. Morrow hub stamped K-1, 1941. Big flange hub. Really a stunning bike.
