Well not absolutely sure. But, I have had a number of conversations with other Paramount Track Racer collectors and serial numbers like mine with the ball end stays are usually 1939-40ish. "P" numbers are usually a different builder; Possibly Wasytn himself.

I have a Paramount track bike that the original owner said he purchased in 1940 that starts with a P. Has the ball ends also.
