Wore out three sets of tires already!
1945 Roadmaster Delivery Project. (Like a Cycletruck)
Most of the pieces to build a Roadmaster Delivery. I don't have the time or interest to finish this now, but if it doesn't sell I'll put it away.
I pieced this together from what was available out there. Is it 100% correct? No. Is it close? Yes.
Frame needs repairs to rear lower fender mount, and holes filled in seat stays. Also has dent in top tube near headtube from someone trying to remove a very stuck stem. Frame and fork have been spray painted by me over several previous paint jobs.
Signboard is 1/8" Polycarbonate painted to match with repop Cycletruck brackets. (in bag)
Chainguard front bracket has been repositioned and is held on with rivet-screws. bracket parts in bag.
Front rim and hub (repainted) are original with newer 105 guage spokes. One cup on the front hub has some pitting, but rides okay.
Rear Lobdell rim and New departure black out hub are also laced with 105 guage spokes. Rear sprocket is 11 tooth.
Rear fender is post war Roadmaster with rivet-bolted on stays. 20" front fenders are both post war also.
Basket stay is Jafco repop.
Rouadmaster headbadge is in bag.
Seat top is from a 1946 Hawthorne, base came with frameset.
Front sprocket is Pork chop style, chain is decent but could us a good cleaning.
Stem is a tall Wald reverse in good shape except for small cracks at the wedge slot.
Box is a veggie crate from Gilroy CA. 1963.
No pedals, bars, or grips.
Last picture is how I had it set up when I was riding it with a different seat, and some parts.
Ships to Continental US only shipping and packing will be $150.
