Saved this from the crusher the other day and I think I got this right. According to the numbers under the bottom bracket (L1888028) its a 24" 1947 Columbia. It has "ING" stamped above and under the serial number as well. It also matches up to some vintage ads Ive looked at. It has a 24" Davis Deluxe rear tire thats still holding air and the front is a Uniroyal Chain 17E or 17C (cant read it). It also has a New Departure brake.
