1948 schwinn unrestored. Barn find many years ago . Drum brake , locking fork , triple speed rides and shifts very good 1300

No, it's a New Departure three speed. I used to have one.

No it's a triple speed made by new departure as shown in the one photo of the sticker they came with back in the day .
