I am offering for sale a first year Whizzer pacemaker rolling chassis, rumored to be a Schwinn built frame due to cantilever design copy, very clean metal, exceptional wheels, belt pulley, general W.w. tires, very nice original fenders, front drum brake, morrow rear brake.
