1950? rollfast info please

I need some info on this bike . The stamp on bottom bracket is 05NS, under seat is 80109. I haven't found another like it, is it original? Thanks for any help, also what is a ball park value as I have a couple friends interested.

It is original and it is 1950. I’m thinking it may be missing a headlight. I’ll defer to others on value. V/r Shawn

On the middle-to-upper seat tube mast might be a serial sequence number with six digits, and an "F" prefix.

A, your right. Shined a led light on the subject and found F080109, how does that decode? Took tank apart- battery holder is clean but horn is missing. Also the rear reflector lens and headlight are missing.
