1950 Schwinn D-19?

A friend pulled this out of his uncles barn he inherited and asked me to find a home for it. Serial number G119216. It has seen better days. Been spray painted black and is missing the original head badge and light. I'm not sure if this had a tank or a rear rack. Any feedback on this one. What is it worth? Located near Detroit.

D-13 has a curved bar, no? I also thought it might be a d-12 but the chain guard looks like a D-19

The DX has the lower curved bar.

Basic 1950 Straight bar (hornet etc) Schwinn made a lot of these....Overpainted but looks straight
missing correct original seat....value? roughly 150-200 give or take
