Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
Very nice survivor condition and EARLY Schwinn Green Panther ... G serial 1950 bike
that you rarely see, jury is out on whether there are any 49' Panthers or not, could be
1st year. Straight bike! Even the rack is not bent! Tank is straight.. The only minor
upgrades are rolling out minor dings on the fenders and the original Rocket Ray bottom
was badly corroded...I had a very nice original bottom I replaced it with so the light
could function. Typhoon tires, clean and shiny S-2 wheels, coroseal Panther Seat,
Torrington 8 pedals.... Just a nice textbook correct bike. The rear fender reflector
was missing and I will include an NOS Stimsonite #10 with the bike.
Prefer local pu but will ship. This is a nice bike...about a 7 on a 10 scale of
50's bikes.
