Look Ma, No Hands!
Hey just trying to pin down if this is 40s / 50s / 60s ...and if it's worth me possibly restoring !...any help appreciated!

Looks mid to late 60s.
Restore, restored, restoring, or any other variation of that word gets tossed around incorrectly all the time.
A true restoration is when something is brought back to it's original state, as it left the factory. A true restoration would cost many times what the bike is worth.
This bike should be refurbished. Clean it up, service the bearings and hubs, new tires and tubes, and ride it. There are many tips here on the CABE on how to clean and service.
Bikes like this don't really have any collector value, but make great riders once they've been gone through, and can be a great learning experience.
