1951 schwinn panther headlight question

im working on this 1951 schwinn panther. Realistically im going to have to paint a new rocket ray. Im curious if this should be a coach green or a light green headlight. I believe 51 should have the chrome trim on it but i didnt see it specify the color. Also I believe 1950 had the light green but im not 100% on this information. Thank you for any information

I always thought the boys bikes were coach green.

I've seen them both ways, frame color and trim color. I'm pretty sure they started out the frame color.

What looks really cool is to do the top the dark color and the base the lighter color! Did this on a buddies bike a while back and looks killer and gets lot's of wow, check that out....

Yeah i think some one made that piece so they could use it as an exercise bike. It weighs atleast 15lbs alone
