I posted this in the Antique Roadshow thread as well, so if the mods want to move, cancel or leave, whatever. Leon has shone new light on the DD bikes being a 1 year only run/1949. I guess Pawn Stars are not the experts they say they are? Chime in please.

Very interesting. I have a 24" Donald Duck bike, serial number looks to be 1952. I was told by some Cabe experts that it was likely a "Clone" because the DD bikes were only made for 1 year, in 1949. Based on Leons expertise, perhaps this bike is original/restored? Buddy says original, some repro inner parts, BUT.......
