Monarkman

Finally riding a big boys bike
Since I have not received 1 inquiry about this bike, I may consider parting it out.

Pm me if interested in a particular part.

Almost all original and correct. tires/tubes not original. Pedals are vintage but not correct for the bike.

The good:
The repainted Tank is the best tank I’ve ever had, the jewels are in very good condition. The tank is 99.99% dent free, except a tiny little ding on the lower edge radius.( impossible to capture by photo) Could easily be worked out. Besides that it is flat and straight, no waviness at all.

Original horn, but I have not tested it.

The seat is also in amazing condition.

The train light is not bashed in on the corners nor are there any cracks that I can see. Battery tray has the normal rust but NOT rotted through which is typical when original batteries were not removed. Missing lens.

The rear Cheese grater grill is intact and very straight, decent chrome in spots

Fenders are true and original paint is good.

The bad:
Frame paint is not great, with areas of light surface rust (no pitting) but beyond compounding out to restore the finish.

Chrome on rims not great, kind of cloudy looking, may clean up though with some effort.

Original kickstand, length is correct (never been cut) but when deployed the bike is at a low angle ( not more upright like normal)

I am unable to ship, sorry. I am 35 minutes southeast of Charlotte, NC

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!!!

Almost all original and correct. Except for tank which from a 1953 Monark and tires/tubes not original. Pedals are vintage but not correct for the bike.

I have not had time to detail this.
