1952 Red Schwinn Phantom

Wore out three sets of tires already!
Last call for this bike for a while. If anyone has interest make a reasonable offer and we'll see what happens.

Remember, a real good Red Phantom does not show up often.

1952 Red Schwinn Phantom - $1850.00

Very nice original paint with no touch ups. There are some scratches but very minimal for it's age.
All the mechanics have been gone over.
The fenders are nice and I would rate the fenders 7 or 8 out of 10.
Tank is an original tank but not to that bike.
Tank has no rust but has some dimples and scratches.
Right side of the tank had an extra 1/8" hole which is closed with an S.S insert.
Horn works.
Lock works
Lights work but the switches are sensitive. The tail light also has the brake light.
Wheels are re-chromed.
The drum brake operates but the linings should be re-lined.
Tires are old and showing some cracking on the side walls.
The seat is original but shows it's age. I do have a restored seat by Bob U. for an extra $300.00.

Beautiful bike! If you decide to part out, I would be interested in the fenders, pedals, and crank among other parts.
