Hey guys. I just picked up a '52 Schwinn Bantam J-16 Boys model. It's a youth size, skiptooth bike. Any idea on value of this bicycle??. Google and E Bay aren't showing many examples of this one. Rare??. Also on the bottom of the crank there is a stamping that reads: "D.SNAP". Unsure what that is about yet, probably just a name of a past owner BUT also a chance that it could be a factory marking? Who really knows.? The stamping is a good one, almost better than the serial #, which is on the rear dropout of this bike. I am missing the rear fender and there is an old comic sticker at the bottom of the front fender. The tires are hard, puncture proof ones. Nice find today! I am satisfied
