Wouldn't that be a 1946 47 model with the serial on the BB?
I was told it was a 49 when I bought it. The rear wheel codes to 46(P2), the serial number from what i can find codes to 52. Your guess is as good as mine. Im sure someone knows
 
That may be a 1952 serial number, if it was stamped on the drop out. Bike is a pre 1952 model.
