1952 Schwinn......"Tetanus Shot"

Bought the main carcass for this 1952 rat ride last October at Memory Lane. The tank arrived today and finished the project, although my rear box still needs more flare. I'm not up to 15 pieces yet. I named it "Tetanus Shot".

I think it was maroon and cream or maroon and white. The inside of the bottom bracket was maroon. The front fender and guard are unoriginal to the bike, but the rust is severe enough you can't really tell the colors are different, lol. The front fender is green and the guard is blue.

funny how it all looks the same color under the rust. I thought the cream part was red.
