1957? Schwinn

I have Schwinn 26 " girls bike, serial# 6222677, red frame and fenders with white trim, white rims with black pinstripes. Black seat and handlebar grips. Badged as an "Excelsior" on front post. Great condition, nice patina, good tires. Looking for more info, value, parts or keep it complete, restore it. Thanks

The first digit in the serial number is probably G, making it 1950.

I agree with the others-clean service, ride. This is a base level model but should make an excellent rider and maybe worth about a buck fifty once done. V/r Shawn
