I believe the fork is stamped with a 12+8, but I'd have to double check to be sure.
There are some pits on the downtube from the neck to the BB and on the top bar. There is also a small dent on the top bar between the tank tabs. Tried to show all these defects. Can supply more photos or answer questions if anyone would like.
