1960 Hawthorne Tandem great shape

I have a friend that wanted me to try and sell the vintage bike. I needed new tubes and it needs polishing. Front wheel guard has some chrome issues. Mostly underneath. One seat has stitching loose. Paint worn on front from something that had been attached. Chrome on wheels also rusted in spots. Wondering if anyone can tell me if front rim is original. It was made in West Germany. Rear rim has no name. It also has a low serial number A345721. The bike is in really good condition for it's age and could easily be restored to like new condition. Where should I list it for sale. I live in Western NY near PA border.
