1960 Schwinn Racer 3 Speed Sturmey Archer Pulley Wheel and Mount Post

Hi, I am looking for a sturmey archer 3 speed pulley wheel and frame fit mounting for a 1960 Schwinn racer 3 speed.

I do not need the regular clamp on type.

There is a special frame fit mount for the Schwinn lightweight 3 speeds like racers.

I saw some pics of a blue 1959 Schwinn racer here on Thecabe and it has a metal pulley wheel on it. I do not know if the 1960 would have metal or the newer plastic but I do not really care that much but metal would be better if it is "correct".

I think I can design a two step spacer with a hole through it for a nut and bolt that would work but I would have to have a machine shop make it for me which will probably be expensive.
