After looking at this one some more, it needs fenders back on it... I'll have to see if I have a set of stainless fenders with the brake clip, maybe that fender has an upper hole that is a little further away from the lower hole. The coaster brake version I just tried is close, but no cigar. I'm hoping to not have to drill a second hole.

If you mount the fender to the kickstand bracket do the fender indents fit?

No it's the early tab type lower mount fenders that don't fit. Those just happened to be first off the stack...plus I wanted to use them because they're wider.

same thing with the brake bracket type...

I tried one chrome no dimple fender off of what I think was a 65 and it did the same thing.

I don't remember what this one was off of except for a bike with a chrome rack. With two smaller diameter screws, I think this one is going to be a winner.

The stainless finish is pretty nice all over, but the rear has a perfect kink from where someone sat on the rack!

Front has a similar indent and scratches on the lower part that need addressed... :-/
