1962 Schwinn Corvette

Christmas morning/day 1962. My first "good" bike. Brand new black Corvette with 2 speed kickback (only one in neighborhood) and lots of chrome. Loved that bike and looked for one for years before internet. Currently picked up a black 63 American with 2 speed kickback and chrome fenders off craigslist . Really nice except needs new decals and I put on new white wall's. Deja vu when I rode it ! Got other bikes of course, but it is becoming my favorite for obvious reason. P.S. got it for 40 bucks - worth the wait !

Very cool! This is my '62 Corvette. Has a three speed and is red but looks almost like yours. Im in Spokane, WA and this bike is for sale of you are interested.
