Hard to tell , is It a middleweight or balloon frame ?
There's a member in the wanted ads looking for a balloon frame .

Wasps are ballooners. The fact that the Monark balloon fender fits between the stays is enough to tell me that it probably is a balloon tire frame. $40 seems like a good deal for the package. GLWTS.

On the fly trick, measure the back bone rite behind the fender stay with a folded dollar bill. With Washington’s face on one corner and the 1 sign on the other.if the bill fits, it’s a Balloon .
